Carved in Stone

Carved in Stone is about Amelia Sloane, a young archeoligical photographer who believe in artiffacts should remain wiht their cultures of origin. After the untimely death of her beloved mentor, Amelia inherits his collection of artifacts, which includes the ledgendary sword Excalibur, and tasks her with its return to the Stone from which it was drawn. But after she entrusts the sword to the wrong hands, the fate of the world hangs in the balance, and she is propelled into a race to reclaim the sword and fulfill her destiny.

This was my MFA Thesis Film at the Savannah College of art and Design. The web series was filmed with a combination of XR Virtual Production, on-location filming, and fully rendered Unreal Engine 5 CGI imagery. The project was a collaboration with over 200 students, and industry professionals.
